Karl Lagerfeld designed a high heeled and flat sandal for Repetto (a French ballet slipper company). The only LA outpost carrying the "Cabaret" shoe is American Rag on La Brea. The high heeled version is around $450 and the flat is around $350. If you do not live in LA you can buy them online here.
